Work closely with senior managemnt to identify, establish and align strategic objectives and across the organisation
Work closely with various business units on work planning; monitor and communicate the progress regularly to relevant stakeholders
Organise and manage key leadership and stakeholder forums, including senior leaders' meeting, staff conference and town halls
Support business units in their internal communications needs with regards to cascading of corporate priorities, and providing visibility on progress of commitments, project achievements as well as sharing of lessons learnt.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate planning work for large organizations, with some domain understanding in technology
Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities to translate information into concepts, policies, frameworks, etc
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder dynamics
Experience in change management or organization development work
