Source and maintain pipeline of leads for active and potential openings
Screen resumes and profile candidates for the right openings matching their skill set
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
Candidate must have at least 2 years of related work experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be efficient, has attention to detail and a team player
Must be willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
