TR APAC has a strong presence in the largest operating duty-free shop in Hainan, China. As a result, Chinese international travelers are the mainstream global shoppers in our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Support roll out of L\'Oreal For The Future (L4TF) engagement and learning plans
- Monitor L4TF KPI completion and carry out relevant analysis
- Support for prioritization of retailer joint green business plans
- Analysis of solidarity sourcing opportunities
- Support no waste opportunities (e.g. donation, friends and family...)
- Participate in various sustainability discussions and supporting Sustainability Director in a variety of ad hoc projects
- Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong prioritisation skills, able to balance multiple projects at any one time.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proactivity, with a keen eye for improved efficiency.
- Knowledge of systems such as PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Interest in news and current affairs, environmental, and social issues.
