Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
Follow up with clients on inquiries, orders, and payments.
Customer Service
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or in person.
Provide product information and ensure a smooth sales experience.
Administrative Duties
Maintain sales records and update CRM or order management systems.
Coordinate deliveries, samples, or marketing materials as required.
Market & Competitor Research
Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor pricing or promotions.
Help prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
Event & Sales Coordination
Support the sales team during trade shows, promotions, or customer visits.
Help organize internal and external sales events or campaigns.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales systems (CRM, Excel)
