RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact and understand corporate clients\xe2\x80\x99 need, advise company training solutions and business innovative ideas
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our training solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Forecast and track key account metrics; tracking opportunity-to-win ratio
Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as sales account manager/key account manager
Passionate about lifelong learning and exhibit hunger to learn and improve
Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Recognised degree from an accredited institution majoring in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
