The Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, acquiring new clients, and developing business channels to expand market presence. The Talent
  • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale or corporate sales, preferably within the retail or food trade industry
  • Business-level proficiency in English and fluent native Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
  • Proactive and innovative, with the ability to explore new strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Proven track record in sales and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
The Job
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Identify and develop strategic business channels aligned with brand positioning, such as partnerships with hotels, corporations, and retailers.
  • Process sales orders, manage cost calculations to uphold company margins, and oversee stock availability in Singapore.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and proposals to clients independently.
  • Coordinate Corporate Services and organize events for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with shopping malls' marketing teams to explore sales opportunities, seasonal gifting initiatives, and cross-promotional campaigns with merchants.
  • Oversee client credit collection and ensure the smooth execution of the invoicing process.
  • Manage corporate inquiries received through the website and social media platforms.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing wholesalers/distributors and drive sales growth to meet targets.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure alignment with the company's overall sales strategy.
  • Provide timely commercial proposals while proactively identifying new business opportunities that align with the brand's positioning.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Monitor clients' credit status and coordinate reviews with the Finance team.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to assess product assortment, pricing strategies, and merchandising trends.
