Job Description
Position: Corporate Sales Team Leader
Salary: $2,600 - $3,000 + Commission
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve / Exceed planned sales goals
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of team members
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Promote the organization, products and services
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team within the Vehicle Leasing trade
- Minimum Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with good discipline and positive attitude
- Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
