Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, coordinate courier services.
  • Provide daily support in corporate secretarial tasks for diverse Singapore and international clients, including bank activities and document management.
  • Maintain statutory records, updating databases for both local and international companies in hard and soft copies.
  • Coordinate assignments between inter-company offices and clients.
  • Maintain proper filing of corporate secretarial and other documents using an in-house program.
Requirements:
  • about 4 years of administrative support experience in a fast-pace environment
Job Type Permanent Full Time

Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$3,500.00
