Handle client inquiries and provide pertinent information via email or WhatsApp.
Preparation and Lodgement of ACRA forms such as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particulars etc.
Send reminders for compliance deadlines, such as annual returns, and other obligations.
Facilitate communication and coordination with other teams as needed.
Preparation and Filing of minutes and resolutions of Board of Directors and of Shareholders.
Attend to filing, typing and scanning of documents as necessary.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
* Preferably adept at effectively using Excel, Word, and other CRM platforms.
