Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist with the Group's corporate secretarial needs. Assist to ensure completeness/accuracy of the Group's records.
- Updates Group's statutory record.- Perform Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering Requirements.


Arrange for notarisation and legalisation and authentication of documentation. Provide general office management support to the legal and corporate secretary team. Other administrative duties and other ad hoc secretarial duties as assigned from time to time.


Requirements:



At least 2 years of corporate secretarial and compliance experience.
- ICSA qualified- Language skills: Excellent communication and written skills in English.


Computer skills: Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point). Ability to work independently, multitask and efficiently with the different business units and support teams. Team player. * Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
