Job Description


:

  • Handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
  • Handling client acceptance and compliance.
  • Incorporation, striking off companies, etc.
  • Filings with ACRA.
  • Preparation of XBRL files.
  • Assistance in processing work passes for clients.
  • Assistance in billing and collections.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of administrative and corporate secretarial procedures and systems such as company formation, keeping files and records and other office procedures.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing corporate secretarial services. This includes filling up company application forms, KYC checks and evaluation of customer.
  • Knowledge of ACRA filing system.
Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and use time efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in computers, including using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing proper administrative/corporate secretarial procedures and maintaining a sound operation.
  • The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, ISCA, ICSA, Business Law or those pursuing related qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
