Handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
Handling client acceptance and compliance.
Incorporation, striking off companies, etc.
Filings with ACRA.
Preparation of XBRL files.
Assistance in processing work passes for clients.
Assistance in billing and collections.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of administrative and corporate secretarial procedures and systems such as company formation, keeping files and records and other office procedures.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing corporate secretarial services. This includes filling up company application forms, KYC checks and evaluation of customer.
Knowledge of ACRA filing system.
Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and use time efficiently and effectively.
Proficiency in computers, including using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing proper administrative/corporate secretarial procedures and maintaining a sound operation.
The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, ISCA, ICSA, Business Law or those pursuing related qualifications.
Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
