About the Opportunity
This role involves corporate governance and administrative responsibilities, acting as the regional hub for a group of companies in Singapore and overseas. The candidate will support compliance, policy implementation, financial oversight, and coordination of key corporate matters, ensuring alignment with group objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, revision, and implementation of group management guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain and update corporate profiles, documentation, and internal policies, supporting company-wide deployment and compliance
Coordinate approvals for key business matters (e.g., director changes, investments, dividends) and liaise with external legal counsel on contracts under supervision
Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. actual tracking and project cost controls
Organize and administer Board and Shareholder meetings, including drafting and filing accurate minutes
Track post-signature documentation, ensure proper filing, and assist in compliance checks and governance activities
Talent Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Corporate Governance, or related field
4-8 years of experience in corporate support, legal, or compliance functions
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and relevant regulations in Singapore
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
