Work with external secretarial agents & corporate registries to ensure timely filing with corporate & financial regulatory associations. Appoint as named company secretary for the company entities in Singapore Requirement: ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or Law Diploma or related At least 7 years of corporate secretarial experience Corporate secretarial experience either in a law firm or internal legal department will have advantage Experience in payments industry, financial services or regulated industries will be an advantage Bilingual in English & Mandarin, to as to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
