2-3 * / Requirement

  • Min 2-3 years of working experience in corporate secretarial work
  • Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Good knowledge of processes and electronic filing requirements of ACRA
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skill
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to perform under tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and organized in dividual with initiative
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Handle full range of company secretaries works
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes
  • Update & maintain statutory registers and records
  • Prepare & filling of e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
  • Filing ECI and XBRL
  • Quarterly billing and Yearly billing to clients
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Perform customer due diligence according to ACRA Act
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
