Position Title: Admin & Accounts Executive (Corporate Support)
Working Location: Joo Chiat
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Handle AP/AR payments, bank updates, petty cash, and filing of invoices/receipts.
Support audits, trade finance, and government grant applications.
Provide HR admin support, including employee records, work pass updates, onboarding, and training coordination.
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and organisation chart.
Arrange travel, insurance renewals, and office-related purchases.
Coordinate with IT on systems, backups, equipment setup, and basic user support.
Ensure office HSE compliance, manage supplies, vendors, and general office maintenance.
Organise meetings, events, and name card/office stationery printing.

Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration, corporate support or HR support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, responsible attitude.
No regular travel required, except for occasional company trips.
