How will you value-add? You will be part of our Corporate Support Services unit which provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in a wide range of outsourcing services, including corporate secretarial function, payroll, accounting & bookkeeping services, to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to the circumstances and needs of our clients. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems. We are currently seeking a Risk Compliance Manager / Senior Associate to provide support in the areas of onboarding, risk management and compliance for our clients. The successful candidate will be given opportunities to develop both soft and technical skills, be involved in departmental or cross line of service projects, and communicate with internal stakeholders of all levels and be part of a dynamic team and organisation.

  • Liaise with external clients and be responsible for the full onboarding for new clients
  • Advice engagement teams, in consultation with internal risk management, compliance and legal specialists, on internal policy and procedures and contractual matters
  • Develop and / or update practice aids and tools to assist engagement teams engaging external clients on risk compliance matters
  • Plan, design, lead and/or implement new risk compliance related initiatives with a view for efficiency with the use of technology
  • Provide support for external and internal reviews
  • Oversee risk compliance related quality monitoring processes as part of quality control procedures
About you
  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience of risk management / compliance in a similar role
  • Client oriented and experienced in managing a portfolio of clients is preferred
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and deliver timely and quality results to external and internal stakeholders
  • Possesses a high level of resilience and positive work attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An excellent team player, who possesses the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of stakeholders
