Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible in developing corporate ticketing sales function Handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations and 24/7 after hours emergency hotline Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services
Minimum Job Requirements
Diploma with at least 2 years' experience in Corporate Ticketing, ideally Diploma in Tourism Management and IATA UFTAA Diploma Ticketing knowledge familiar with GDS Sabre reservation system to book flights, issuance, reissuance and refund Experience in the travel industry and know how to assist client in travel planning Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
