Responsibilities

Drive customer Growth through marketing outreach to maintain overall customer health and growth.

• Explore and implement Corporate outreach and partnership ideas to promote our suite of workshops and corporate training courses
• Prepare and submit proposal to Gebiz and government training request
• Drive customer participation and attendance in business related events/webinars or other promotive activities.
• Participate in onboarding activities and product demonstrations post purchase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh degree candidates are welcome to apply)
• Positive and Customer-centric service mindset
• Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
• Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Experience in B2B Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, Professional services will be beneficial
