Corporate Treasury division manages the firm\'s liquidity, funding, balance sheet and capital to maximize net interest income and return on equity through liability planning and execution, financial resource allocation, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio management.
Corporate Treasury Operations (CTO) is a pillar within the Corporate Treasury division. The CTO team is a multi-faced, global team that partner with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capability to clients around the world. The team supports complete suite of treasury functions such as Bank Relations, Liquidity Management, Payment Clearing and Processing. Operations act as a first line of defense for control and governance to protect the firm\'s financial assets. By incorporating differentiated client service, our aim is to be best in class.
Corporate Treasury Operations has regional presence in Tokyo, Singapore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Warsaw, Frankfurt, London, Salt Lake City, Dallas and New York, working closely together enabling 24 hour service provision to our global clients.OUR TEAM
Corporate Treasury Payment Reporting, a sub-team within Corporate Treasury Operations, is a central reporting function within CTO. Under the current regulatory landscape, financial institutions are subject to stringent financial reporting obligations. Our team provides rigorous governance model, risk & control framework and robust, scalable platform to enable accurate and efficient reporting capability which is essential for the firm to remain compliant with global reporting and audit requirements.YOUR IMPACT
You are looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic team of professionals who boasts wide range and depth of expertise in finance, payments in particular. The team has broad connectivity across the firm and within CTO. You will collaborate with cross-divisional teams to improve the division\'s reporting capabilities and risk profile of the firm. You will have a slew of opportunities to build extensive knowledge in regulations in various jurisdictions as well as a wide range of skillsets critical as a rounded Operations professional such as project management, data proficiency and risk management to name a few.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Oversee and supervise accurate preparation of payment reports and ensure timeline of deliverables are met
  • Drive process optimizations through collaboration with CTO leadership, technology team and Business Unit stakeholders
  • Conduct accurate interpretation of new reporting obligations; conduct analysis of required data sets and design reporting workflow to enable accurate reporting with scale. Communicate plans and potential deficiency clearly to management to enable collective decision making on direction and risk management
  • Assist regulatory interactions with regulators and auditors where required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
Basic and Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant Operations experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as excel and power point
  • Attention to details and diligence is pre-requisite to this role.
  • Understanding Operations risk management framework is critical
  • Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate and execute cross-regionally and divisionally.
  • Strong analytical/organizational skills and the ability to adopt to rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience and knowledge in payment industry and relevant regulations will be a plus
  • Self-starter in problem solving and resolution; the ability to work in cross-functional/regional projects and continuously identify opportunities for better risk management and process improvement is essential.
  • Knowledge in various payment messaging format and industry standard will be useful
