Job Description
Cost Accountant (MNC) - Novena - $5000 to $7000 - Oracle
- Costing functions such as standard cost amortization, variance analysis, cost summary review, etc.
- Annual standard cost updates in Oracle system
- Review and manage AR including collection, cash application, credit limit, invoice transmission, dispute resolution, etc.
- Review and manage distributor\'s Ship & Debit claims,
- Audits - assist in inventory and distributors audits. Some (minimal) travelling needed
- Inventory E&O provisions, account reconciliation, in-transit review, distributor inventory reconciliations, etc.
- POS review, upload and validation
- Accruals for various items such as samples, adders, wafer receipts, etc.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) accruals and review
- Rebate review, accrual, authorization and payment
- Discrepant Material Requisition (DMR) validation and review process.
- Liaise with auditors on specific item related to duties specified
- New System implementation and projects
- Supervise a team of account executives.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Finance Manager or Director.
