Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead cost estimation for bids of MHI-AP Singapore. Coordinate with the various vendors as well as construction sub-contractors and assist to achieve the best price for works & materials.
• Collate techno-commercial information from all disciplines including process / mechanical / structural / piping,
• E&I etc. Assist in preparing relevant documents for bid price approval from Senior Management.
• Interact with a project engineers and discipline managers based on the project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain cost database for multiple disciplines.
• Participate in risk analysis and estimate the cost for each risk category for various bids & projects.
• Assist in the preparation of the Cost Reports of various projects and update forecast cost & actual progress. 0 Any other duties as assigned by Group Manager such as Project Planning & scheduling assistance etc.
• Collect various data and update cost report
• Study bid document and coordinate / collect data
• Understanding & identifying Risk and its mitigation
• Prepare project schedule and link various activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Ability to work well as an integral part of a large Project Team that includes all Engineering disciplines.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/ projects .
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors,
• colleagues, and individuals both inside and outside the organization (if required)
