Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain precise cost estimates for aircraft maintenance tooling and ground support equipment (GSE), factoring in materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to collect essential data and insights for the estimation process.
• Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to identify cost-efficient solutions for tool acquisition or fabrication.
• Deliver accurate and timely pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and GSE.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements in maintenance tooling and GSE.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, servicing, or repairing aircraft maintenance tooling and ground support equipment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, including GD&T, materials, surface and heat treatments, and testing.
• Familiarity with international and aviation standards relevant to the industry.
