We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join the Asia-Pacific Total Rewards COE (Centre of Expertise). The role reports to the Director, Total Rewards, Asia Pacific, and provides close support to the VP Human Resources, APAC and Director, Human Resources, SEA, on workforce analytics, headcount and cost planning and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Cost/Headcount Planning (50%)

  • Monitor and analyse evolution of headcount and employment costs for APAC and Southeast Asia (SEA) headquarters, and provide insights to VP Human Resources, APAC, and HR Director, SEA through proactive analysis and synthesis
  • Support headcount planning and budgeting process by partnering with HRBPs
  • Streamline and automate the planning & controlling process in collaboration with HRBP and Finance
  • Produce standard and customized HR reports and dashboards using Workday, Glint and Qlik
  • Reporting and tracking of the restructuring and savings programs in the region
  • Prepare and provide support during the monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews working closely with business stakeholders and HRBPs\xe2\x80\x99.
Total Rewards (50%)
  • Deploy Total Rewards programs by partnering with in-country HR and Total Rewards colleagues on annual salary planning, compensation reviews, incentive program analyses, and employee benefits reviews.
  • Support the expatriate relocation process by managing relocation vendors, tax consultants and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless experience for expatriates
  • Participate in global and regional Total Rewards initiatives such as jobs architecture & framework and wellness strategy by collating data, conducting research and analyses, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Finance or Accountancy qualifications are an added advantage
  • At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Total Rewards or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Workday will be helpful
  • High learning agility and willingness to learn by doing hands-on work
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset to reduce non-value-added activities
  • Impeccable communications skills and ability to interact with senior leaders in an international environment
