Responsibilities
Provide financial insights and commercial support to the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders Lead and coordinate budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Perform detailed variance analysis and deliver meaningful commentary on business performance Support month-end and year-end financial reporting, including standard costing and inventory accounting Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and group policies Partner with auditors during internal and external audits Continuously enhance reporting tools, financial models, and business processes
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, or CIMA) highly preferred Minimum 3 years of FP&A and costing experience in a manufacturing environment Strong background in financial modelling, budgeting, and business analysis Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
