Started in 2013, Castlery is a vertically integrated furniture brand. Our mission is to redefine boundaries of home elegance through creating designer furniture for the masses via a direct-to-consumer model. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in the United States, Australia and China, we are a team of 300+ passionate designers, engineers, data scientists, marketers and logistic specialists who are aiming to reinvent the traditional furniture industry.

As we continue to grow and expand our influence, we are seeking a driven and strategic-minded individual, who is passionate in creating impact and be part of a team re-shaping the global furniture industry, to join us as Costing Manager.

What you will be focusing on:

• Database Management: Lead and collaborate with different stakeholders to build and maintain a comprehensive product, material and manufacturing cost database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
• Cost Analysis and Review: Work closely with category, buying team and product development teams to review and approve bidding and quotation, and provide insights and next step actions to optimise costing performance
• Cost Saving Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide insightful reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key cost areas and savings
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team, setting clear objectives and supporting their professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management, preferably within the retail and supply chain industry.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and developing a small team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in database management.
• Experience in sourcing and product development is a bonus
