Position Overview / Primary Responsibilities
KBR seeks a legal counsel based in Singapore to support its Sustainable Technology Solutions business unit. The role will report to the Legal Director based in Leatherhead, UK.
As legal counsel for Kellogg Brown & Root Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (the “Company”), you will advise on a range of transactional, corporate and compliance matters for the APAC & EMEA Integrated Solutions International and Technology Led Industrial Solutions business segments that make up part of the Sustainable International Solutions business unit. Some ad hoc support for the Government Solutions business unit or any other businesses with an APAC or EMEA nexus may be required.
You will not only have proven technical ability but understand the commercial requirements to effectively operate as a business partner in an in-house environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and enthusiastic lawyer to support a company in its ongoing transition. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Regional Management Team and be highly visible.
