Job Description

The client seeks to hire a Head of HR for Singapore to manage the complete scope of HR function, and who will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to align the business goals of the growth oriented organization with the HR framework and initiatives. As an individual contributor, this role will report directly to the President and require collaboration with the regional Centre of Excellence team, as well as the global stakeholders.

Description

Reporting to the President, the successful applicant will:

• Design and develop the HR framework including vision and mission in line with overall business objectives.
• Drive a high performing business by providing support in developing a talent management framework, and HR operations including recruitment, and compensation and benefits.
• Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership and CoE to identify international requirements in HR processes, frameworks and systems.
• Spearhead Global HR projects and initiatives, and facilitate diversity in cross functional teams.

Profile

As a successful applicant, you will have:

• Degree in HR, related field with an MBA preferred.
• 8+ years or more as HR business partner ideally from the healthcare industry.
• Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of driving Talent Management framework.
• Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment, and experience in HR Transformation projects.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to be proactive.
