Job Description
Our client is a leading carbon products producer with global presence. As part of the expansion, the team is looking for a General Manager to join Singapore team. This role will be responsible for Singapore operation.
ROLE
- Responsible for financial health of Singapore office
- Oversee the business activities, company\xe2\x80\x99s assets, debt collection, inventory management, logistic and warehouse operation
- Oversee sales and operation team. Provide support / conduct contract negotiation
- Maintain and leads development of customer based
- Organize research of target market, target products, competition analysis and potential product development
- Lead a team and responsible for staffs expansion when needed
- Develop and support promotion / sale strategy events
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction
- Degree in Business / Commerce or relevant equivalent
- At least 12-15 years of working experience in similar role
- Candidates from trading background welcomed to apply
- Independent, organised and with proven record of leadership skill
