Country Operational Management

Engage

salespeople to understand objective for Country this year

Monitor

company asset through weekly reconciliation checklist (including Operations, Warehouse, Finance) and monthly MA meeting

Drive

commercial team to achieve budget figure for Country, including CEO's business targets and direction for market

Lead

project team in on-site works handling and off-site project management

Train and career develop

team members to meet current role expectations and develop potential for future career advancement opportunity.

Commercial Direction

Initiate

regular interaction with existing customers to build rapport: Organising regular project management meetings with client to build trust Organising informal customer gathering, for sports, meals or other social meeting Organising formal visits and calls to customer to share new updates or info

Develop

new customer leads through independent networking, and with leads provided by Director in-charge

Warehouse Management

Lead

weekly warehouse movement, inspection and repair management Prepare movement, adjustment or repair forms as necessary or per company SOP Review accuracy of forms against actual warehouse movement and adjustments

Enforce

company SOP for leasing assets in/out, inspection, washing and repair, including billing and dispute for any left-in materials upon material return.

Conduct

regular visit and spot-check on warehouse operations: Material in/out procedure at warehouse Material layout at warehouse organised in safe and structured manner

Engage

auditor and team members for bi-annual stock count requirement for leasing materials

Manage

monthly warehouse cost and relevant SGA, including regular review of pricing and warehouse requirements

Project Management

Lead

site team in on-site works handling Regular black-and-white communication and updates to main contractor on site status Supervising project coordinator in day-to-day site handling Critical site issue troubleshooting

Lead

project team in off-site works handling Managing customer expectations and requirements Supporting subcontractor workflow Train project executive to handle 3rd party client and subcontractor

Lead

regular project management meetings

Monitor Regular Operations and Finance Cycle

Lead

weekly cashflow meeting with accountant Cashflow planning Loan FOREX Hedging AR / Ap

Lead

weekly AR management meeting with operations and salespeople with QS Internal ERP approval Outstanding credit limit customer Customer evaluation form (internal credit) Vendor evaluation form (pre-quotation)

Lead

project kick-off meeting for all project and leasing secured in country: Operations staff to be able to fill-in PCS, PO and SO in future Operations to have target timeline for each batch of delivery of materials (For Leasing) Operations staff to have target timeline for material return, and whether material intended to be recycled at project site

Engage

poor credit customers for commercial settlement or legal case proceedings following company AR policy timeline (policy timeline to be provided by Operations team)

Lead

bi-annual regional stock count with support of regional team Stock count leasing asset, stock asset, and scrap quantity in total Based off stock count, to reconcile figures with support of FC and Operations Manage

Business Development

Explore

new business line opportunity in project sales with Technical Director / EA to CEO

Develop

and enhance warehouse management protocols and layout according to leasing business expansion requirements

Will

act as an "agreement of expectations"

between the senior and subordinate, to list out hard/soft KPI measures for the colleague by his/her seniors. Whenever parties are unclear about their performance, they should refer back to the job description as agreed.
