Responsibilities



Drive independent market research to uncover fresh business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects. Proactively hunt and engage new sales opportunities within target markets. Build, nurture, and grow relationships with potential clients to maximize long-term value. Understand customer needs and deliver impactful, customized solutions. Craft and deliver persuasive proposals and high-impact sales presentations. Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Provide ongoing support to ensure client success and repeat business. Partner with engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to design solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Consistently hit--and aim to surpass--KPIs and sales targets set by management.




Requirements





Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred. Proven track record in driving new business and winning accounts. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex solutions. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence and engage decision-makers. Confident negotiator with the ability to close high-value deals. Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering customer success. Familiarity with modern sales processes and best practices. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems to manage and grow your pipeline effectively. * Fluent in English (other Southeast Asia languages a bonus to deal with multiple clients across the region).
