• Support operations and customers on security issues and measures, and manage their complaints.
• Provide monthly metrics to management on security incidents and situations.
• Provide security advice/assistance to country sales and business management.
• Provide regional security management and local nominees with help and assistance.
• Develop and implement security documented processes and procedures across country.
• Assess and audit possible risk(s) within the country.
• Investigate and report security incidents to the management and RO.
• Provide security awareness and training programs to the business.
• Ensure compliance of security standards within the business, especially new projects implementations.
• Develop relationship with law enforcement and legal and regulatory bodies.
• Develop relationship with different levels of stakeholders (include RO) in the business by providing proactive support and guidance on security related matters
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the security team and country nominee roles.
• Drive security digitalisation and automation solution
• Drive security awareness culture

• 3-5 years experience in security management, with a minimum of 1-2 years in logistics field.
• Preference of 2 years experience/knowledge in Singapore.
• TAPA FSR/TSR Certified Authorised Audit or having experience in setting up a TAPA FSR certified site.
