We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Supply Chain, the role will be responsible for performing system testing and validation between all objects in Coupa Source to Pay and Expense System and a new Oracle ERP system. Oracle is a new ERP system that replaces the SunGL system, and is targeted to go live by Q2 2025. Coupa is an e-Procurement and Expense system that sends and receives transactional data to/from Oracle e.g. approved invoices, new suppliers and supplier updates, approved expense reports, budgets and paid status. With a new Oracle ERP system, and updates to accounting standards and Chart of Accounts, there will be changes to applications that feed into and extract data from Oracle, including integration builds that replaces the old middle layer integration scrips. This role is a technical role that is expected to deliver testing that allows for multiple rounds of testing to find any possible issues and address in time without impacting any subsequent milestones and project go-live.There will be 3 phases of testing
1. Unit testing (individual areas of Coupa application tested for functionality and integrations)
2. System testing (complete Coupa application testing by core team for functionality and integrations)
3. UAT (end user testing)This role involves proper planning including complete test script development, system test preparedness and testing resource identification and scheduling.:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Creating and configuring connection properties in Coupa to enable integration to Oracle ERP system, and test the connection to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s configured successfully
• Create business functionality test cases, working with Procurement, Finance, Coupa and Oracle teams, and delivering testing scripts for Invoices, Expense Reports, Supplier and Budget
• Identify testing resources and dates
• Create and review integration test cases, working with Procurement, Finance, Coupa and Oracle teams.
• Ensure data is properly mapped and integrated from Coupa to the new ERP system and vice versa
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and successful integration outcomes.
• Provide updates on integration timelines, testing outcomes
• Provide training support to ensure successful implementation of UAT programs

Who are we looking for:Competencies & Personality Traits

• Possess solid grasp of technical architecture concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and Power Apps
• Experience of using e-Procurement system will be a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure
• Ability to perform multiple time-consuming tasks
• Ability to work with others as a team player
• Customer focus and service orientation

Work Experiences

• Candidate should have a good understanding of e-Procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, I-valua, etc.), and preferably deep understanding of Coupa core system and its customisations
• Experience in integration testing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.
• Has an aptitude for innovation.
• High integrity and ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree as a minimum academic qualification
• 2+ years experience within system integrations \xe2\x80\x93 preferably both API and flat files
