Tuition Centre Looking for Course Consultant Assistant

Job Scope
- Assist the course consultant in relationship management
- Assist the course consultant in customer service
- Indoor sales: introduce the product (courses) to the new customers
- Class Scheduling
- Student registration
- Update clients’ information and support the teaching team

Job Requirement
- Poly diploma or equivalent or higher
- Highly responsible and earnest
- Understand Chinese clients’ needs
- Communication after working hour is needed and is compulsory
- Weekend Work is required (Off-days are on other days)
- Patient and love to communicate with people
- Eager to learn and able to take feedback positively
Preferred Candidate’s Background
- Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management
- Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience
- Possessing good knowledge of China culture/Chinese clients
- Fluent in typing and speaking in Mandarin
- Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure
- Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
Work Location: Bugis
