Job responsibilities and Duties

• Build a curriculum in accordance with the latest MOE syllabus and create instructional activities/home-based assignments
• Develop and distribute teaching materials to the teachers
• Provide operations and co-ordination support for the adminsitration
• Schedule courses and liaise with school
• Coordinate with teachers, management and the school
• Prepare a simple daily report and send to the management
• Assist with the sales and marketing department on the commercialization of the school and our services
• Maintain a filing system
• Provide feedback to teachers and parents
• Provide during and after course support, and to answer client\'s queries in a timely manner
• Other administrative ad hoc duties.

• Course-Coordinators may be required to be an assistant teacher when necessary. Rates will be paid for teaching hours.
  

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 13:00 - 21:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 or Weekend: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder in any field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Good spoken and written English. Basic Mandarin is required.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
