In this role, you will report to the Specialist, Rider Loyalty, and focus on monitoring rider-related data while assisting with the rider CPF rollout project.Contract Duration: 6 Months (Starting early March 2025)Responsibilities:

• Generate and refine data queries based on rider-related data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously monitor rider data to identify discrepancies and proactively detect potential fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to support the CPF rollout project, ensuring that rider payments are processed accurately and efficiently while helping streamline operational processes.
• Analyze trends in rider CPF contributions, investigate fluctuations, and flag potential issues to the team.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

• A background in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred; open to entry-level candidates.
• Proficiency in using SQL to write complex queries and decent understanding of relational databases
• Experience using other programming languages such as Python (pandas, NumPy,Matplotlib), and BI tools such as Tableau preferred.
• Strong affinity for working with data and numbers, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about gaining insights into the business.
• Proactive and accountable in managing responsibilities.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and speaking up to raise concerns when necessary.
