Job Description

Join Manulife's dynamic Information Services team and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced technology environment. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in product, engineering, and testing teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Primarily, interns will be providing project management and delivery support, along with a specific target to help automate and standardize predictable processes such as reporting on MOR (Management Operating Review), QIP (Quality Improvement Plan), etc.
Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams including product, engineering, and testing.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and Advanced Excel.
• Assist in building data models and enhancing reporting processes.
• Prepare documentation, track project items, and create presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve existing processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Interest in product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
