Summary:

Accounts Payable Executive
Based in Tuas, Singapore

Coca Cola's strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. An export facility, specializing in the manufacturing & supply of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and South West Asia Business Units. It is planned that the plant will double its manufacturing and warehousing capacity within the next 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd. (PRPL) Accounts Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL).

Coordinating with Procurement to Pay (P2P) / Global Finance Operations (GFO) providers to ensure AP/FA/GL accounting flow and result for PRPL is well under control.

Financial Accounting - ensure accounting booking and transactions completed to HQ guidelines as well as Singapore local requirement.

Contribution in building up value-added collaborated working relationship with the P2P/GFO providers and proactively intervene for fixing problem in operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting area

Diploma / Degree in accounting. Strong communication skills in written & spoken English

IFRS, US GAAP, SOX requirements knowledge would be helpful, but not necessary. Training will be provided.
