We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia business units. What You'll Do For Us:

This role will CPS SG Supply Chain Intern. You'll be working in Customer Service & Product Portfolio team with close collaboration with Supply Chain Services team.

Assist team with creation of new tools/dashboards and provide support to improve/refresh data for our tools and dashboards

Assist team with data analysis

Entrusted with the responsibility to manage and oversee Master Data Governance requests

Kaizen projects - supporting in stock management and write off mitigation improvement project. Help the respective CS to enable the automation of reporting of the potential savings.

Customer Management - account management on order and forecast with bottlers and internal teams to ensure supply

Facilitate routine meetings with other stakeholders

Monitor status and progress on new ingredient query associated to commercialization projects

Monitor shipment status and provide prompt alert of shipment delay risks to customer service team

Qualifications & Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in in Business/Computing/Supply Chain & Logistics

Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Working knowledge in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI)
