Work Location:

Various project sites across Singapore (report to Boon Lay office or directly to site as assigned)

Working Hours:

5.5 days per week

Salary Range:

Basic Up to SGD 4,000 + OT + AWS + Allowance // Gross Up to SGD 6,000 (Experienced) Additional Benefits: AWS, monthly meal allowance of SGD 180, and lunch provided

1. Key Purpose of the Role

Operate and maintain cranes and related lifting equipment to support construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation of materials on site.

2. Responsibilities

------------------------

Operate cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment according to work instructions and safety regulations. Select, set up, and position the right type of crane/equipment for each lifting task Conduct daily equipment checks, perform routine maintenance, and report any issues requiring further mechanical repair. Maintain accurate logs of lifting operations, including type of material, movement locations, and other required data. Work closely with site supervisors, safety personnel, and project teams to ensure safe lifting operations. Follow company safety policies, MOM regulations, and workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements at all times.

3. Requirements

Possess a valid

Crane Operator Certificate

recognised in Singapore (for experienced applicants). Good awareness of workplace safety standards and ability to follow safe lifting practices. Physically fit to operate and manage equipment on construction sites. Team player with a responsible and safety-first attitude.
