Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Creative/Marketing Intern to assist in creating simple graphic design assets and interactive content across social platforms. The ideal Doll will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to plan and create compelling visual content across multiple channels. Work with our marketing team in developing strategies & campaigns for both organic and advertising content across social, digital, website and email marketing. If you are comfortable with creating a social media plan and content and are open to a varied role (its always a good time at byCaxs!) we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team!

Responsibilities

Assisting with Marketing Campaigns

: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and digital advertising.

Content Creation

: Assist in creatng copy for marketing materials, blog posts, social media updates, or creating visual content such as graphics, images, or videos.

Social Media Management

: Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.

Market Research

: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Assisting with Events

: Assist in planning, promotion, and coordination for events.

Graphic Design

: Assist in creation of marketing materials such as POSM, social media assets & web assets.

Email Marketing

: Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, designing templates and analyzing campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting

: Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing team as well as cross-functionally with other departments such as sales and customer service.
