Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative content for brand initiatives, including product launches, new collections, and retail marketing campaigns.
Direct and oversee photograhy, visual asset creation, and retail visual asset creation, retail visual communications (product placement, display, and signage).
Maintain and evolve the brand style guide, ensuring consisstent application across all channels
Conduct market research and brand analysis to rupport strategic decision making.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teames and external partners to deliver effective brand initiatives
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and WordPress CMS is an advantage.
Strong portfolio in graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to transform concepts into actionable visuals.
Deep understanding of brand identity and brand development principles.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Awareness of market trends with the ability to bring innovative ideas to branding.
2+ years of experience in branding or in a similar creative role with Diploma/Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
