As one of the most exciting integrated resorts in the world Marina Bay Sands Brand\'s creative output, photography and video content are its most powerful methods of telling our brand story. In this newly created role, we are looking expand the creativity, engagement & impact of our branded video content, and are looking for a talented & highly experienced and creative producer to join our multidisciplinary leadership team.

As a hospitality brand operating at the highest levels of luxury & culture, we are looking for candidates who understand how photography, video & content forms / styles are evolving at the cutting edge of culture, luxury, music, wellness, fashion, food, & art and is passionate to keep learning and developing the quality & breadth of their capabilities.

As lead producer you will be responsible for our end-to-end video content including collaborating on the creative direction and ensuring it is delivered in the final work, management of photography and filming with external production houses & the line production of internal film, management of post-production - inclusive of sound, music, grade and edit. As well as budget management & cost negotiations with third party partners.

JOB SCOPE

  • Lead all facets of photography & video creative delivery including reference & treatment sourcing, ideating concepts, developing production plans, gathering input from stakeholders, scheduling, filming, and post-production work.
  • Identify, lead and manage production partners, directors, creators and artists to respond to our Brands new vision, to extend the reach & relevance of our content
  • Be proactive in developing the wider team\'s use of video; provide ideas and outlets for how to implement video into the overall brand strategy
  • Embrace & be at the front of finding new technologies or trends of importance & sharing those with the wider creative team
  • Assign resources for each project, plan the workflow, and oversee the production cycle to the finest detail, including planning and budgeting with partners
  • Conduct regular status meetings, check-ins, and project reviews to provide updates on project progress and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions and maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, including written, video and visual design content.
  • Work with the Brand Governance team to develop and manage the organization\'s photo & video library in the most user-friendly format.
  • On-location and in-studio line production, art direction and management of in-house content
  • Collaboration with our digital, web & publishing teams to prepare media files to be shared across multiple platforms.
  • Foster great relationships and maintain an internal roster of production partners, directors, crew (photographers, stylist, etc.) and postproduction artists to ensure our extended capabilities are accessible when needed.
  • Be a confident ambassador of our team to senior stakeholders, capable of consulting with leaders across departments, originating ideas & executions as appropriate.
  • Be a fierce brand guardian, ensuring that MBS\' products, services, experiences and content build consistent equity in the minds of our consumer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in any media related field. Applicants with strong show reels who are self-taught will also be considered.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a producer within a creative agency, production house or in-house production team. Applicants should be prepared to show the portfolio of projects they have delivered.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end creative process - from brief to asset delivery with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • An excellent understanding and existing relationships with both local and global production houses of various kinds, and a point of view of both established and up & coming director talent / DOP
  • Solid knowledge and/or working proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics authoring software & colour grading (After Effects & Davinci Resolve)
  • Familiarity with the execution of special effects, 3D and compositing software
  • Knowledge of online / offline production workflows
  • Strong work ethic, passion for your craft, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment.

  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.
