We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction and design, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers to create exceptional spaces that align with our experiential design approach.Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative concepts and strategies for interior design projects.
- Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the brand\'s vision and client requirements.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.
- Oversee and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and presentation of design concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Review and approve final designs before presentation to clients.Key qualifications
- Min 7-8 years experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for workspace design
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop, and D5 Render Sketchup (good to have)
