We are looking for a creative and collaborative Creative

Designer (8 months maternity cover)

to join our fast-growing Singapore team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design coupled with a creative flair. You would have had experience in creating brand visual identities and executing marketing projects from conception to production, covering aspects such as websites, app design, print material and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team helps shape our brand identity through the delivery of high quality design projects in accordance with business needs.

Responsibilities:

Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products / services Design original pieces, including illustrations and key visuals Increase user friendliness in digital products and interface Review junior designer's work to ensure high quality and provide mentorship where needed Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software Establish workflows with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and that deliverables are met in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in graphic design for FMCG, luxury goods, F&B or retail companies A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work, required to have experience in print and digital platforms. Creative and independent thinker, possesses the ability to conceptualise designs from scratch, based on a brief and brand needs Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment Highly responsible, able to deliver assets in a timely manner Collaborative, able to work well in a team and improve processes where needed Strong project management and communication skills Optimistic, embodies a positive mindset and can-do spirit Proficient in one or more graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques * Ability to create illustrations from scratch
