Creative Designer (Art School)

• Working Days: 5 days\' work week
• Location: Thomson Rd (Newton/Novena)
• Salary: $2,600 - $3,000

s:

• Conceptualise ideas and execute creative layout and marketing collaterals such as display banners, EDMS, digital activity booklets, programme brochures, posters and advertisements, social media graphics
• Manage and maintain content development on social media platforms (e.g. website, facebook, Instagram, tiktok, xiaohongshu etc).
• Support marketing campaigns, events, company branding and new business initiatives.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs to understand the requirements and business goals of various stakeholders.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in design, visual communication or equivalent design-related field.
• 1-3 years\' experience working as graphic designer or similar role.
• Good working knowledge of print processes and finished artwork.
• Experience in delivering digital asset, online campaigns and organic social media including promoted content.
• Proven track record in leading a creative team executing marketing/advertising campaigns from developing creative vision to production within deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop.
• Videography, photography skill and editing skills via Premire Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Fluency in web design, UI/UX and Adbone Experience Manager.
• Familiar with HTML and CSS preferred.
