Job Description


JOB PURPOSE As a key stakeholder for Brand Experience & Marketing, you will lead and guide a team that is responsible for bringing the Sentosa brand to life and storytell through an experience-led narrative that inspires and captivates our local and international guests when they visit our island. Collaborating with our activation team, you will conceptualise artwork/visuals rooted in a strong understanding of Sentosa\xe2\x80\x99s brand requirements to differentiate from competition and bring forth our brand values, in order to shape Sentosa\xe2\x80\x99s narrative alongside our Brand & Marketing team. You will be part of a team that galvanises both internal and external stakeholders with the objective of driving the One-Sentosa Experience with both international and local guests, immersing them in a sea of fulfilling experiences and world-class offerings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you are the part of our design team reporting to team lead. You should possess a passion for great ideas and a portfolio of inspiring and visually impressive work that showcases your talent and versatility. Preferably you should have own a good understanding of brand policy and have experience with graphic design works. You have an appreciation for events activation and understand spatial planning with on-site expertise & production knowledge including technical know-how. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist your team lead by producing consistently excellent visual work in the areas of 1) Ambient decoration design 2) Corporate Merchandising and 3) Marketing and Corporate Collaterals as part of a team to drive visitorship to the island, and increase mindshare of the Sentosa brand.
  • Assist in the development and activation of experiential programmes to shape strategy, design concepts leading to production and sound on-ground implementation.
  • Ensure strong operating and quality standards by understanding briefs to determine requirements, as well as budget management to optimise expenditure.
  • Ability to work effectively and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive desired outcomes.
  • Drive a consistent world class holistic brand experience for guests, turning their on-island experiences into brand love and loyalty.
  • Team player and effective collaborator with an ability to creative storytell and effectively translates concepts into an immersive on-ground experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A Diploma holder in Graphic Design & Media / Set Structure design / Arts & Design or an equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative related field / Production Design / Advertising Agency or Creative Multimedia field is an advantage.
