Your Role:

Concept & Design Development

Transform briefs into visually striking concepts -- from static ads and carousels to digital campaigns, short form content, motion graphics, and brand visuals.

Social-First Creativity

Design content optimised for TikTok, Meta, and Xiao Hong Shu -- ensuring every asset looks fresh, bold, and on-trend.

Collaboration That Clicks

Work closely with the Marketing team to translate strategies into high-performing visual storytelling.

Creative Ownership

Bring your design eye into brand decks, proposals, and internal creative reviews.

Stay on top of design trends, test new formats, and constantly push what "good" looks like.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media content creation or marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing social media content. Skilled in planning, scripting, and producing short-form videos. Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and what keeps people scrolling. Strategic thinker with a positive attitude and confidence to take ownership.
