Job Purpose

We are looking for a talent to illustrate engaging creative graphics and understand market trends.

Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. To be successful in this role, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

• Creativity and someone who can adapt easily to different styles based on the product
• Good handling of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Figma
• Understand user journey flows and develop UI/UX designs
• Good to have someone who has past experiences with the Lottie animation plugin for Adobe AE and some simple animation skills
• Formulate, develop and prepare designs of marketing media for our online platform, particularly in the creation of banners and other collaterals to be uploaded to the application
• Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise products/services
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing collaterals
• Stay updated and research current market trends in design/retail design
• Creativity and someone who can adapt easily to different styles based on the product

Qualifications & Work Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably from the e-commerce/digital/startup industry)
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a reputable university

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is preferred
• Good command of English
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
