Job Description

Our company is looking for the right leader to lead a team of dreamers and doers, bringing a mix of expertise to the new position. He/she must possess a natural flair for design and a drive to inspire the team to create dynamic and powerful ideas that connect with all types of clients and audiences.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationship and understanding of client requirements and objectives;
  • Research current market trends, consumer needs and media trends to stay ahead of competitors;
  • Lead and motivate a team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, and photographers/videographers;
  • Inspire younger creatives to be expressive and innovative in their ideas;
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, and creating innovative and powerful concepts and ideas;
  • Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all print and digital marketing collateral;
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the creative team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges of clients;
  • Lead and manage content strategy for all projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology;
  • Collaborate with clients' marketing departments in developing marketing plans, identifying opportunities and analysing results;
  • Ensure clients' marketing/advertising budgets are controlled by forecasting and managing expenses;
  • Prioritise team's resources across all engagements based on clients' needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with clients; and
  • Present final concepts to clients, and obtain approvals for the deliverables;Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience;
  • Ability to think laterally and literally;
  • Experience in leading a team of copywriters, editors, graphic designers, web developers and designers;
  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing client's vision to overseeing production on time and within budget;
  • Experience in creating integrated contents across all marketing channels such as social media, paid media etc.
  • Experience in developing strategic creative concepts by formulating original themes/ideas;
  • Experience in content creation;
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL);
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and deliver campaigns that generate results; and
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills to make outstanding pitches to all clients and audiencesPreferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or Economics;
  • Previous project management experience; and
  • Previous experience with copywriting, design, and production
