Creative Director Job Scope:
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to help lead and develop teams to deliver our prized asset – creative ideas – and all the infrastructure that supports the development and production of those ideas.
This is a nuanced and complicated role that requires deep, hands-on industry and technical experience in order to move at great velocity across all our businesses and timezones to an exceptional standard of quality and impact. In particular with our science and beauty clients.
The Creative Director will have a view across all of our 9 offices and teams and will have joint responsibility with our Chief Creative Officers, to ensure quality on delivery every time.
He/She will have specific responsibility to work between the strategy teams and the production teams as creative work is conceptualized and then produced prior to playout via our AI media platform.
The ideal candidate is in the sprintime of his/her career with experience working with juniors, partners, suppliers, teams, marketers and CEOs.
He/She will need to be on call in a demanding, high-velocity work environment and know how to juggle time when it comes to balancing meetings and briefings with conceptualization and production.
He/She must be willing to take the initiative in supporting the business at every level and be willing to do all functions from basic copywriting to higher level responsibilities such as strategy and production.
Experience in an Advertising Agency working among creative people is essential. You need to be available/on-call as work often demands short deadlines.
You need to understand deeply how to navigate complex communications projects using all media platforms and persuasions and develop in real time.
You will also have the overview of our Studio, DANA! And the creatives, guild players and freelancers who work there.
